1. BOOKINGS
1.1. You can book for any number of courses as long as the participant meets the age requirements via www.goal-fest.co.uk
Subscriptions
If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply complete our cancellation form. A one-month notice period is required, ensuring that you can enjoy full access to classes during your final month. Your last payment will be processed on the 1st of that month.
Updating Payment Details:
-If you need to update your payment details, please email us at payments@goal-fest.co.uk to ensure uninterrupted service.
1.2. Spaces on each course are subject to availability.
1.3. Goal-Fest Kicks reserves the right to withhold bookings at any time.
1.4. The price stated is per session or one of payment for registration. All bookings made must be for the entirety of the course. Monthly fees will be payable in advance once registration is complete.
1.6. The customer must ensure that the attendee is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and the customer accepts all risks that are a result of course participation when booking on to the course
1.7. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and full payment is required with booking. The closing time is 24 hours prior to the course commencing or earlier if the course is fully subscribed.
1.8. Payments are taken in pounds sterling. We accept all major Credit or Debit cards. We do not accept Childcare vouchers.
1.9. Attendees 12 years old and over are able to bring mobile phones to sessions. These must remain in their bags at all times and the Head Coach must be informed. We do not allow any other devices to be brought to our sessions. Goal-Fest Kicks take no responsibility for lost, stolen or broken personal property.
2. ACCEPTANCE of TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1
Please read these terms carefully before you book our classes. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide classes to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
2.2
All those wishing to attend a Goal-Fest Kicks Course must agree to the terms and conditions set out below. The Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Parent upon payment of the Fee by or on behalf of the Parent. Payment by the Carer shall be deemed to have been made on behalf of the Parent.
2.3
These are the terms and conditions on which we provide Goal-Fest Kicks Courses to you. No variation or addition to the Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Goal-Fest Kicks and the Parent.
2.4
All agreements relating to the teaching of the Course by Goal-Fest Kicks to the Pupil are subject to these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
2.5
In the unlikely event of a customer failing to abide by these terms and conditions, a customer may be requested to discontinue with Goal-Fest Kicks. In this instance Goal-Fest Kicks will be under no obligation to provide a refund for any outstanding lessons.
2.6
The Parent and/or Carer agrees to keep the content of the Goal-Fest Kicks Course and the Goal-Fest Kicks Training Programme confidential and not to copy or use any aspect of the Goal-Fest Kicks Programme directly or indirectly. The Parent and/or Carer agrees not to directly or indirectly manage, operate or assist in the organisation of any business which competes with Goal-Fest Kicks while the Pupil is a member of Goal-Fest Kicks and for a period of two years afterwards.
3. MEDICAL CONDITIONS
3.1. It is imperative that you inform us of any medical conditions or medication that your son/daughter requires.
3.2. When booking you will be asked if your son/daughter uses an Epi-pen. If you select 'Yes' you MUST bring along a signed letter on the first day of the course. You will receive a form to sign once you have registered for a session. This must be returned to us via email prior to your child taking part in our program. 4. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
4.1. Once your booking is complete, a confirmation page will load on your screen informing you that you have a space on the course. You will receive your booking confirmation by email so please ensure you provide a valid email address when booking.
4.2. If the confirmation screen does not load or you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately to confirm that your booking has been received.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
5.1. Goal-Fest Kicks reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. In this instance you will be notified at least 48 hours before the course commences and a full refund will be given.
5.2. We reserve the right to remove any child from the course.
6. WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA
6.1. On agreement of these terms and conditions, Goal-Fest UK reserves the right to use photographic devices during the session(s) and post on social media.
The parent or carer can refuse to have their member included from having their photograph taken or any element of media recording by informing Goal-Fest UK via email prior to their child beginning their first session.
6.2. The material made available in this site, including materials in linked sites directly or indirectly accessible from this site, are provided ‘as is’, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any reference to linked sites or to third party companies, products or services by name does not constitute or infer its endorsement by Goal-Fest UK. Goal-Fest UK has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that information provided through this website is accurate at the time of inclusion, however it accepts no liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the site. The information available on the site may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Goal-Fest UK reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the material on the site.
